There will be a number of diversions to Dublin Bus services on Wednesday 16, Thursday 17 and Friday 18 March 2022, due to St Patrick’s Festival.
Thursday 17 March 2022 – St. Patrick’s Day
A Sunday Timetable will operate on all routes on St. Patrick’s Day.
City Tours will not operate.

Nitelink Service
Nitelink services will operate Thursday 17, Friday 18 and Saturday 19 March 2022.

On Thursday 17th March 2022, due to multiple events in Dublin, ALL SERVICES between 04:00hrs & 19:00hrs will terminate and commence at Heuston Station. Stops affected: Bachelors Walk (100316), Custom House Quay (102499), Mayor St. Lower (105140), Connolly Station (135121).
Entering Dublin: Terminate at Heuston Station, continue out of service onto the R148 Wolfe Tone Quay & Arran Quay, turning right across Capel Street / Grattan Bridge. Make use of marked coach parking space on Victoria Quay for break / layover (green area).
Exiting Dublin: From Victoria Quay follow R148 round to Heuston Station and recommence scheduled service.

St. Patrick’s Day, Thu 17th March
To facilitate the parade, there will be no Red Line trams running between Smithfield and The Point from 10:00 to 15:00 approx. Red Line trams will run between Tallaght / Saggart and Smithfield only during these times.
There will be no Green Line trams running between St. Stephen’s Green and Dominick from 07:00 to 18:00 approx. Trams will run between Broombridge and Dominick, and between St. Stephen’s Green and Brides Glen only during these times.

Luas will run Sunday Operating Hours and Frequency. Operating Hours for the Red and Green Lines on both days are listed above. For more information visit www.luas.ie.
As the Friday after St Patrick’s Day (March 18th) is a once off public holiday, from 8am to 8pm only on Friday the 18th of March, your taxi driver is entitled to add 20% to the fare calculated by the taximeter in the vehicle. The driver will write the additional 20% on your receipt.
