Dublin Bus will offer refunds to customers with annual, monthly and some other types of tickets effected by the service disruption on 31 March 2017. These refunds will become available once the current Bus Éireann dispute is settled. When it is settled effected customers will be able to call to Dublin Bus Head Office on O’Connell Street to get their refund, or use an online system due to be operational by mid-May.
