PARADE YOUR BIKE WITH RELAY FOR LIFE
Our event will encourage families to get creative by decorating their bikes & join us for a leisurely cycle while we parade our spectacular bikes. We will have a variety of decorations for the participants to use to decorate their bikes, we will have face painting & entertainment. Everyone will then follow us for our bicycle parade. BIKE FOR LIFE LEVEL ONE
This adult cycling course is ideal for anyone who might be a bit rusty in terms of their cycling skills. It is also for someone who might be using cycling for rehabilitation from an injury or illness, or someone who is nervous cycling on the road, and wants to learn the basic skills. The focus in this group is on building confidence and competence and introducing the concept of group cycles. Start your programme with a bike check and coffee to meet with other beginner cyclists on the 14th of May during BikeWeek!
