Welcome to #MeetYourDriver; a series championing our TFI Local Link drivers. Today we’re featuring Eamon Siney who drives for TFI Local Link Mayo.
A third-generation bus driver, Michael upholds his grandfather’s core value: “operating safely is priority”. Driving for TFI Local Link Mayo, he is part of the community response to the current climate by collecting prescriptions and groceries for local passengers. He feels their welcome is one of the little things that make the job worthwhile.
Michael’s advice to anyone thinking of becoming a bus driver is: “They need to be a good time keeper, be organised, patient, polite and above all kind.”
