Bus Éireann is due to launch enhanced bus services on two separate routes connecting Drogheda and Wicklow with Dublin, as part of the Transport for Ireland (TFI) network.
The services on route 101 Drogheda to Dublin and 133 Wicklow to Dublin, which will improve connectivity, are expected to operate from early May.
Bus services from Drogheda to Dublin will operate 24 hours per day 7 days per week with buses operating every 20 to 30 minutes during the day, and every 60 minutes at night. This route will also serve Balbriggan and Dublin Airport.
The Wicklow to Dublin route will increase the number of services and frequency with buses operating every 30 minutes Monday to Friday and hourly on weekends.
Bus Éireann won the contract to operate these routes, arising from a procurement process by the National Transport Authority (NTA) last year.
