Please be advised that the below Road closures will be in place to facilitate the Dundalk Half Marathon and 10km taking place on Sunday, 30 March 2025.
Francis Street , where the race starts and finishes, will be closed from 05:00am to 14:00 on event day.

The route
Starting and ending at Francis Street/Market Square).
Our route is a journey through the heart of Dundalk, starting in the iconic Market Square.
You’ll run past historic landmarks like the medieval St. Nicholas’ Church, before heading out to the rolling countryside that surrounds the town.
The course offers a mix of urban and rural scenery, providing a dynamic experience for runners.
Perfect for All Levels:
From elite athletes to first-time runners, the Dundalk Half Marathon and 10KM caters to all. The course is both challenging and rewarding, making it an ideal race for those looking to push their limits or enjoy a leisurely run.
Half marathon runners will start at 10.00am.
10km participants will start at 10.20am.
Francis Street where the start and finish are located will be closed from 05:00am to 14:00 on event day.
