Guided mountain bike session for women, that will include some skills/games followed by a guided spin on some of the mountain bike trails in Glencullen Adventure Park.
For Women to Come and Learn core mountain biking skills including; Track Stands, Manual Drops, Front Wheel lifts, Bunny Hop, Cornering and Body position with Mullaghmeen Mountain Bike Club.
