MAD (Mountain Biking Association of Dublin) will run two guided mountain bike sessions on the day; a parent/guardian and child session, and a ladies specific session.
Each session will include some skills/games under the supervision of a qualified mountain bike coach, followed by a guided spin on some of the mountain bike trails in Glencullen Adventure Park, Dublin.
The focus will be on fun and on getting to know some of the people in MAD.
Participants will need to have their own bike, and helmets are compulsory.
The Ladies session is being run in conjunction with the Women’s offroad commission.
