Important: Passengers must first submit complaints to the carriers or terminal operators within two months from the date the service was operated, or when it should be have been operated.

This means the NTA’s role is to ensure that transport operators are treating all passengers as outlined in the regulations above.

Passenger Support
Passengers should direct their enquiries and issues to the relevant carrier or operator in the first instance if they believe their rights have been infringed.
