John from the Bike mobile will do basic maintenance checks on bicycles to ensure the bikes are safe and running smoothly. Experienced mechanics check everything on participants' bikes from wheels, brakes, gears and tyre pressure to lights, racks, pedals, saddles and more.

Hosted by Lynx Cycling Club, at Belmount GAA club from 7pm this workshop will provide attendees with the basic skills to maintain your bike, repair a puncture, change a tyre, etc

Participants can bring their own bikes for hands-on learning with a local expert. Cycle Right Session & Bike Maintenance Workshop at Wexford County Council Offices, Carricklawn.
Join us 17th May from 9am in Glenties during Bike Week for free bike “M-checks” by local mechanics, covering essentials like brakes, gears, and tyre pressure. Enjoy tea, coffee, and bike chats while learning basic cycling skills from our volunteers. Afterward, take part in a relaxed 10km cycle along the scenic local cycle path.
Designed to arm cyclists with the essential skills to keep their bicycles in top-notch condition.
An evening of bike skills and fun family cycling on Sunday, May 18th from 6pm at the Horse and Jockey. Including a bike maintenance talk at 6pm, followed by kids’ and adult cycles at 7pm. Refreshments after!
