The TFI Travel Assistance Scheme aims to support passengers to use public transport on their own, especially those with disabilities and reduced mobility.
A travel assistant can accompany you the first few times you travel and offer helpful advice on how to plan your journey. The scheme is free of charge and is available to all people over the age of eighteen.
